About
OpsCon (The Ops Con) is a platform for the UK security and close protection industry. Rather than supplying close protection officers itself, OpsCon exists to connect and support the whole sector: operators, employers, and people training to break into it.
At its heart is a dedicated jobs board for security and CP roles, a professional membership community, accredited training and courses, and a shop for industry products and equipment. The Ops Con Academy also selects members for fully funded training places worth thousands of pounds.
OpsCon is veteran- and blue-light-friendly, with a particular focus on helping people leaving the armed forces and the emergency services translate their experience into a licensed security career.
